Relocation FAQ

Can I buy a home in Northern Colorado without visiting in person first?

Yes, I work with remote buyers regularly. We can do virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and I can be your eyes on the ground. Many clients purchase successfully without visiting until closing.

How far in advance should I start the process?

Ideally 3 to 6 months before your target move date. This gives us time to find the right home and navigate the buying process without rushing. If you're 12 or more months out, we can still start the conversation and research.

What is the real estate market like in Northern Colorado?

Northern Colorado has a healthy and active market. Demand is strong, especially in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. Inventory varies by area and price point. I'll give you a current, honest market update at our consultation.

Which city in Northern Colorado is right for me?

That depends entirely on your lifestyle, budget, and priorities, which is exactly what we talk through in the discovery call. There's no one size fits all answer, but there's definitely a right community for you.

Do you charge for the relocation consultation?

No. The consultation, the relocation guide, and my guidance throughout the process are all part of what I do as your agent. I'm compensated at closing, so there's no upfront cost to you.
